Ooh, this looks nice :3 The eyes are a bit creepy, adds to the feel!
Although it was just a speedpaint, I think I'll give you some tips! So... since the colors are primarily cold - blue and purple - I would suggest making the skintone a bit colder too! This would mean making it a bit greyer... :3
Keep that in mind next time you do something like this!
Other than that... I like her expression and the setup of the painting X3

Actually it became creepy unintntionally but when I really want to do it I'll try to make him paler! Then its creepy! Hehe
